Art Corner

2D and 3D art can be great ways to experience the thrill of the punch!  There are some truly outstanding artists out there working in the fem-fight genre who at least occasionally (and in some cases, routinely) depict brilliant pugilistic combat.  Some of my favorite fight artists are here ...

FPZ3D (Faustino Perez)

FPZ3D is a long-time Poser cgi artist who excels at highly detailed depictions of gritty, hard-hitting combat between women (and sometimes men) with epic bodily proportions.  His images do an excellent of job of capturing the kinetic energy of the contest by effectively using blur, body posturing, and sprays of sweat or blood to convey motion.  Dramatic facial expressions further convey the devastating impacts of the powerful slugs traded by the combatants.  The action can be downright brutal at times with pretty graphic displays of bruising and blood, so FPZ3D's work is not for the faint of heart.  But if you like your fighters to be built like brick houses and to pulverize each other's bodies with vicious determination, FPZ3D might be your cup of tea.  In addition to still image story boards, FPZ3D occasionally makes brief animations, which can be effective but tend to have somewhat choppy and repetitive movements.
